TASTING NOTES

THE NOSE
First, with its grilled, buttery character, and also with fresh meringue. Then, with its complexity on a base of almonds and dried fruits. Roasted fruits and exotic fruits bring sunshine and warmth to this aromatic profile.

PALATE
It's gently fleshy, with substance, featuring barley sugar and orgeat syrup. The length is persistent, like a feeling of endless vacations. The density is pleasant and the finish has a subtle saline bitterness.
