TASTING NOTES
-
THE NOSE
Wine lovers will appreciate its character. From the nose, candied and roasted fruits demonstrate the nature of great Chardonnays. Candied citrus follows with chocolate and praline. White chocolate adds a pleasant, lingering nuance from start to finish.
-
PALATE
Years seem to have had no impact on the freshness of the palate. The candied citrus fruits are flamboyant, the red citrus fruits sparkling. Gingerbread takes over with raisins, a delicate mark of time. The finish brings a delicious bitterness, concluding this experience in grand style.
