TASTING NOTES

THE NOSE

Toasted, grilled, appetizing. Notes of frangipane, almond, caramel, mocha, and even praline. A slight hint of reduction adds coherence. It smells like summer: ripe wheat, fresh straw, bergamot… perfectly capturing the expression of Grand Cru Chardonnay.

PALATE

Just like us, this wine is brimming with energy. It offers notes of red citrus, like blood orange. A delightful bitterness emerges on the palate, accompanied by notes of spices and, thanks to the terroir, marine hints like squid ink and iodine.
